All designs, renderings, and artwork created by It’s a Good Sign are the property of the Company until full payment is received.

After Payment: Once the design is paid for in full, the client owns the final files and is free to use them for their intended purpose. Editable source files (AI, PSD, etc.) will be provided upon request.
Before Payment: Any renderings, proofs, or design previews shared prior to payment are for review only and may not be shared with or used by other shops, designers, or vendors. Using our work elsewhere without permission is a violation of these terms.
Unused Concepts: Any drafts, rejected designs, or alternate versions remain the property of It’s a Good Sign unless otherwise agreed.

We also reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, online platforms, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
